You may find yourself asking, what do life coaches offer? The simple answer is they offer guidance by helping you set goals to change actions moving forward. Life coaches help to clarify your goals, identify obstacles holding you back, and come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. We offer a free consultation to best help you decide what coaching will be best for you and your family. Services range from life and youth coaching, behavioral health coaching to parent coaching.
How is life coaching different from therapy? Therapists work with individuals to change behaviors by processing past traumas and issues. Therapists are trained specifically to help you process and diagnose mental health issues. Life coaches do not diagnose.
Each Coach holds a coaching certificate, completes 12+ hours of continuing education credits throughout the year, attends weekly training, have at least a year of experience working with youth, young adults or parents, and are required to maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card through the State of Arizona. Life coaches are held to these requirements so that they are ready and focused on guiding you forward! Crossroads Discovery is committed to creating a culture of development and learning. We are passionate about helping everyone overcome obstacles and develop themselves. Our vision is to bring learning and development to the Life Coaching industry, so that we can all raise the bar together.
